When downloading files, the bookmark dialog is not stable. I mean the bookmark star button, not bookmark favorite button. I found the bookmark favorite button is useless and always disable it. Back to the problem, what is not stable? You could click into the star button to make the bookmark and the bookmark is indeed created, but you can't do anything with the dialog. You can't click to change bookmark location. It will do nothing when you click Done or Remove. You can't remove the bookmark by click on the star button again too. You can escape the dialog by clicking outside. You can't do anything with it regardless how many times you tried. Everything back to normal when the download was done. I discovered this bug on 2.12.6 and it's still remains on 3.2.3.
