It's fine on UbO. This only happens with Catsxp Shields even though I tried to use the same filter lists as UbO.

I think I understand what the OP is suggesting. It's like UbO's Custom Import... One URL per line. Invalid URLs will be silently ignored.

Open UbO, Filter lists tab, scroll to the bottom, check Import... and you will see.

I don't see any differences between Aggressive and Standard. It seems the Brave document was correct.
